Since Fujifilm announced this novel compact digicam in Sep 2010 Photokina, I've been following its progress with great interest. My existing Sigma DP2 gives good images in abundant light, but suffers in dim indoor situations that require high ISO. It's also slower to operate and the LCD is almost useless in bright daylight. With the promise of an enhanced experience as well as improved image quality, I bought the X100 in April 2011.
